Coaching can help you break through the obstacles holding you back and develop a customized strategy to optimize your track to success. Strategies vary on a case by case basis but may include resistance training, aerobic exercises, stretching, breathing techniques, yoga, corrective exercises, goal-setting, efficiency training, meal planning, nutritional supplementation, and stress reduction techniques.

Do I have to travel for coaching?

Tony provides multiple options to address your needs for coaching. If you live in NYC and have equipment at your home the option to be coached in your home is available to you. Otherwise coaching can be done through email, phone, or video chat.

What if I don’t have gym equipment in my house or a gym membership?

Tony can tailor your coaching program based on what tools you have available to you. There are many techniques for exercise & nutritional coaching that require little or no equipment.

Is Tony a licensed health practitioner?

Tony is a Certified Personal Trainer from ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine) and a Certified Nutrition Coach from Precision Nutrition. Tony has also completed certifications for Equinox Tier III Trainer status, Functional Movement Systems, Kettlebell Athletics, and others.

How much does coaching cost?
